WHEELER FARM

Well the time came for another outing with the Macey's crew. This time we expanded and had two other moms and their children come with us. We are making this a monthy event. We all enjoy getting out of the house and hanging out, outside of work. We went to Wheeler Farm today. We decided to do outside events before the weather turns cold. The weather was really nice and the farm was not crowed. At times it felt like we where the only ones there. We saw cows, horses, a pig, chickens, roosters, and many ducks.
Holy "COW" Amber how many children did you bring :) Our first stop was the cows. All the children where happy, even Carson who later on started to have crying fits.

This was probably the only happy moment of our trip.
Carson did enjoy watching the ducks.
Landon, Sydnee, Jewelia, Macey, Mahaley, Carson, Addison.
Whew... seven children who sat still for less than seven seconds.
And I thought that we could have a kodak moment. I was sure wrong.

TRIP TO LOGAN

We went to Logan over the weekend. We needed to get away. We had a fum time visiting family and friends. We went swiming, hiking, out to eat, football games (our poor Aggies) and shopping. We were sad to come home and back to our lives of work, work, work. But it was nice to sleep in our own beds.

THANK YOU TO EVERY SOLDIER

I would like to publicly thank all those soldiers who are so brave and courageous, to take it upon themselves to help protect our freedom. Having a member of the family in the military really opens your eyes to what they go through and what kind of people they are. They are the true American Hero's. I think it is sad that America only remembers what has happened on the days that major events took place. We should always be remembering and honoring those lost lives on a daily bases. We should be supporting our troups that are over seas and not fighting about if we should be there or not. We should be looking at the positive things that have happened and not the dealth count and honoring those that have lost their lives for a cause. My dad has been to Iraq twice and a day never goes by that he has regretted going over their and helping a nation. Helping them to obtain what we have in america, what we tend to take for granted, our feedom. My heart goes out to all those who have been affected by war during their life time.So THANK YOU to all our American Soldiers!

UTAH STATE FAIR

On monday Carson and I went to the state fair with my faimly. Matt did no go because he does not like to walk around and look at things. He would raither spend his time riding the rides. So he went to the gym to work out. I like to walk around and look at the things people can create. My favorite building holds all the quilts. I look at them and wish I could create something that great. Carson had a hard time staying in his stroller. He was very clingy and wanted to be held. It is not easy holding a child and pushing a stroller at the same time. Carson did enjoy seeing the animals. Overall we had a great time and cannot wait to do it again next year!

When we went to the goat building, they had a goat walking around
so you could touch them. Carson was not scared.

Carson did get excited over seeing the cows

Carson was trying to eat the cage bars. YUM !

FOOTBALL, FOOTBALL, and more FOOTBALL

Well, it is once again here, Football season has started. I get to deal with football being the only T.V. show to watch, the T.V. turned up so loud that the neighbors could hear, parties full of junk food (to add to the waist line), a husband that ignores you and all the sports talks you can handle. At least I get a break during the summer time. The only postive side to football season is not having to entertain him all the time and finding time to do the things that I like to do. I guess there could be worse things that he could be into.

ZOO DAY

Carson and I went to the Zoo with some friends and their babies. Carson loved riding in his stroller and being outside. He really did not pay that much attention to the animals. The only animal that he got so excited over was the Zebras. He started to clap his hands and talk while trying to fling himself out of my arms. I think the reason he was so excited to see them was because one of his favorite animals is a stuffed zebra. Overall we both enjoyed our trip to the zoo.
